In a much-awaited return to the sporting calendar, The Billiards & Snooker Federation of India (BSFI) and the Madhya Pradesh Billiards & Snooker Association (MPSBA) are delighted to announce the revival of the Indian National Pool Championship, 2023, which is going to take place in Indore, India’s cleanest cities. Unfortunately sidelined by the global COVID-19 pandemic since 2020, this esteemed event is poised to captivate fans and players from 1st to 15th September 2023.
The championship will have three categories: Junior (U21), men, and women, showcasing diverse skills. Sumehr Mago, Ranveer Duggal, Natasha Chetan, Mayur Garg of the U-21 team, and Kamal Chawla, Alok Kumar, Manan Chandra, Sumit Talwar, Sundeep Gulati, and Vidya Pillai are renowned players who are all set to participate in this event. The event will see participation from more than 300 players representing 28 states and sports promotion boards, Railway & Petroleum. The tournament winners will participate in the World & Asian Championships.
